"Keyboard" Keith's Live Keyboard Rig
I use a Yamaha S90 Synthesizer and a Korg CX3 Organ, both played thru a Motion Sound KBR3D amp.
The S90 has a weighted action full 88 key keyboard and is used primarily for acoustic piano, Rhodes and Wurlitzer electric pianos and Clavinet sounds. On certain songs it is used for rhythm guitar, bass guitar, lead synth or horns.

The CX3 is designed to do only one thing; imitate a Hammond B3 organ. A real B3 weighs 400 pounds, while the Korg only weighs 30 pounds. I own an actual B3, which I use at home, and nothing beats the real thing, but the Korg does a good job, and having had back and hernia operations, it was an easy choice.

The KBR3D amp is 200 watts and features a tube driven rotating horn
as well as a pair of 10" speakers and horn tweeters. Those
familiar with Hammond organs know that they are typically played
thru a Leslie Tone Cabinet. The rotary horn in the KBR3D gives
me the realistic sound of a Leslie, but weighs about half of what a
Leslie weighs.
The 10" speakers and horns are stereo and are used for non-organ
sounds such as acoustic piano. These sounds are unaffected by
the rotary horn.
